Founded in 2004, kwak Telecom Ltd. began operations as a reseller of domestic premium rate numbers from Austria. Within a short time, kwak established relationships with many global carriers and now offers over 30 terminations for domestic premium rate numbers. Starting in early 2007, the promotion of a worldwide teleconferencing system using international payout numbers was implemented and is now the main business division of kwak Telecom Ltd.
In October 2010, Gosch & Co. acquired 100% of kwak Telecom Ltd.
The administration and core business units are based in Cyprus with subsidiaries in Denmark and Germany, and Points of Presence in various countries.
